Strength, Conditioning and Sprint Programs
Running in term 3, the Strength and Conditioning Program is presented by Acceleration and is designed to equip players with the correct tools and instruction to maximise the potential of their bodies. Each session focuses on specific elements related to baseball as well as fitness in general. Players will gain an understanding of the components of movement and those actions needed to enhance and improve their athleticism.

Entry level workshops and clinics for clubs and regions to engage the Brisbane Bandits through the ABL season.
ACADEMY PROGRAMS
Time Frame : Term 3
2 specific groups. Academy Program and Futures Academy.
Involes onfield and S+C programs.
Strength, conditioning + Sprint Programs
Time Frame : Term 3
Included in Academy Program and run as stand alone program.
5 tools program
6-week-programs targeting physical and mental aspects, focusing on baseball’s 5 key tools.
Programs run between October and April.
Specialised Player development program
Small group (5 per instructor) and one on one coaching for top tier player development.
Specialised coaching programs
Coaching programs and workshops tailoring at both community level and professional level coaching.
